2 medium Russet potatoes, washed and cut into 8 wedges
2 tablespoons olive oil
- Seasoning Mix
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Soak the potato wedges in hot water for ten minutes.
- Dry the potatoes with paper towels.
- Toss the potatoes with the seasoning mix and olive oil.
