Ingredients

  • 2 medium Russet potatoes, washed and cut into 8 wedges

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Seasoning Mix
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  • Soak the potato wedges in hot water for ten minutes.
  • Dry the potatoes with paper towels.
  • Toss the potatoes with the seasoning mix and olive oil.
  • Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for twenty minutes per side, or until golden and crispy on both sides.
